Working for All Access Holidays
Our Team
All Access Holidays is only as good as the people that work for us. It takes a special kind of person to fulfil that role and we make no apologies for being picky about who represents us.
The role of our Travel Companions are multifaceted, they are guides, support workers, drivers and chefs. The position doesn't entail just one set of skills, but a variety that will be called upon. They have a great deal of common sense, can think on their feet, are always ready to lend a hand, can keep calm in stressful situations, and can do all of this with a smile on their face.
All Access Holidays is blessed with wonderful staff who come from an array of different backgrounds. We have staff members who have worked or are currently working in nursing, naturopathy, as carers in the disability sector, workplace trainers, fitness instructors and even martial arts teachers. They all come from many different walks of life and our company is stronger because of it.
They do however, hold one thing in common. This being the shared belief that everyone, no matter their background, are all entitled to a holiday and that's just one of the reason's they are picked to be a member of the All Access Holidays team. Other reasons include their compassion, empathy, caring nature and desire to facilitate the best possible trips for our clients.
As an NDIS Registered company, all of our staff are required to have a clear police check, working with Children's Card, up to date first aid certificate and a NDIS workers screening check.
Not only do we run holidays for people with a disability, but we also spend our time off traveling with promoting the idea that anyone should be entitled to a vacation. One of our core principles is Travel Equality.
